Here is a step by step process of how to configure your Outlook or
Outlook Express to work correctly with Stanley Systems's Mail Servers.

1.  Open up Outlook Express

2.  Press Tools > Accounts

3.  Press Add > Mail...

4.  Type in your name as shown below.  Hit Next.

5.  Choose the 1st option and type in your e-mail address as shown below.  Hit Next.

6.  You must specify POP3 as the server type from the pull-down menu (default). 
The incoming mail server should be in the format "mail.yourdomain.com". 
the outgoing mail server should be in the "mail.yourdomain.com" syntax as well.
Hit Next.

7.  Type in your account name.  It should be EXACTLY the same as your domain name.
Your password will be the password you chose when creating the account.  Hit Next. 
NOTE TO MACINTOSH USERS - The syntax for your account name should be
yourname%yourdomain.com, replacing the "@" symbol with the "%" symbol.

8.  Click Finish.  You're done!  Click "Send and Receive" to download your mail.
